In my opinion getting low intensity bouts outdoors, is one of simplest most effect ways to heal and recover.
Further more if your type`A’ personality, that loves to get “jacked” from intensity, which is typical for most over achievers, then this input in your practice / life is super essential!
This is beyond an exercise program, let go of your numbers and stats. Go with your breath, rhythm and feeling as this wants to be a prestige free zone!
