New week. New goals. New opportunities.
I looovveee Sunday’s because that means I get to sit with my planner, and plan out what I need to do during the week!
Ever had a week where you set goals but just couldn’t get to them? Happens to me too 😩
Here’s my top 3 on how to have a successful week:
1. Write down your main goals- this could mean going to the gym every day, or maybe finish a couple more chapters of a book you’re reading!
2. Plan out your meals- if you already know what you’ll be eating this week, it will make the decision making process, and also the cooking process a whole lot easier.
3. Go to bed early on Sunday night- I know a lot of ya have homework and/ or are studying, but if you have the opportunity to get a good nights rest on sunday, chances it will ripple into the week! Then in the mornings when you wake up, you can get more done & you feel energized!
